Glossophobia. Also known as the fear of public speaking. It impacts most people, but it can be a kiss of death for ambitious women. You’re already at a disadvantage.

For every 100 men, only 93 women were promoted out of entry level in 2025, per McKinsey’s Women In The Workplace Report. If you’re going to be part of the 93, it’s critical that you can present yourself as leadership material.

That means showing up confidently, getting clear on the value you bring, and being able to articulate it to others. It’s a short list, but it’s not an easy one. That’s where communication coaching comes in.

Who It's For

Ambitious, career-driven women in the early-mid stages of their career who are looking to up-skill in communication and public speaking so they can break out of entry-level and position themselves as high-impact leaders - without sacrificing themselves along the way.

This might be you if you know you’re leadership material but...

  • You find yourself replaying all the things you wish you’d said in that meeting hours later
  • You aren’t showing up at work with the same confidence you embody in the rest of your life
  • You can’t stop undermining yourself with phrases like “does that make sense?” or “sorry I’m rambling…”
  • You struggle with advocating for yourself and your career goals

How It Works

You set your communication goals and we create a plan to get you there. During our time together you’ll:

  • Build your skills with the guidance of an expert through our 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Arm yourself for anything with practical tips on how to handle nerves, keep your audience engaged, establish executive presence, tailor your work image, and more.
  • Hone your skills with live feedback on how you speak and present that you can implement right away
  • Build your confidence with practice exercises to work on between sessions
  • Stay on track with voice and text message support for anything that comes up between sessions

The Deets

We’ll kick things off with a 2-month commitment with two 1:1 sessions per month. This ensures that we have enough time to set solid foundations and give you the tools you need to start transforming how you show up at work.

After the initial period, we ditch the time constraints. We’ll continue to build on our foundations, get you comfortable articulating your value, and strategize on how to position yourself for your next career step. I’ll be here to support you until you reach your goals.

Who You're Working With

I say that to say this: none of that would’ve been possible without my ability to speak clearly, navigate tough conversations, and position myself as a leader, even when I was on the literal bottom rung of the career ladder.

As a Communication Coach, the basis of my work lies in helping other women learn and hone these skills so that they, too, can shape their career journeys in exciting, dynamic, interesting ways and become the change-makers this world needs.
